Our Progress to Date

  • 447 Individuals served since February 2022

  • Transportation provided to 231 of these individuals, mainly to Community Resource Day (Empower Shower)

  • Through collaboration with various local agencies, 121 individuals we have worked with now have stable housing through group homes, treatment centers, or their own/ shared apartment

  • Helped implement new services to our community.

    • Propane exchange program through Hicksgas in Woodstock.

  • Provides necessities such as food, water, clothing, and hygiene supplies both in the field and through our outreach Depot at the Woodstock Train Station

  • State I.D.’s acquired for 85 individuals.

  • “Open Door Policy” for all unhoused or in-need individuals

We provide these services both in the field and at our outreach access point at the Woodstock Train Station.

How can YOU help?
We are requesting limited donations of socks, underwear, hygiene supplies, and winter clothing. We also welcome nonperishable food, food gift cards, gently used camping supplies, and rain gear. These supplies go directly to those who need it most.
